• What’s the mass production lead time?

  Delivery time varies based on the order quantity, but it usually takes about 20–30 days after we receive the deposit.

• Can I customize the product size, color, or logo?

  Yes, we can customize size, color, logo, and packaging based on your specific requirements.

• How are the products packed?

  The products are packed in clear bags and then placed in sturdy cartons for safe shipping.

• What payment methods do you accept?
  1. 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery   
  2. 100% TT in advance   
  3. PayPal for small amount payment
• How do you ensure product quality?

  We ensure quality through the following steps:

  1. Incoming material inspection
  2. Pre-production sample testing
  3. 100% in-line inspection
  4. Random pre-packing check
• Can we combine many assorted items in one container?

  Yes, as long as the quantity of each item meets our MOQ.

• What is the time and cost to develop a new mold?

  The development time for injection molds is about 40 days and 15 days for blow molds. The cost of mold development depends on the product.
